veiled does not like cage cleaning

snakeman5124 Jul 16, 2003 01:18 PM

well i just finished cleaning my veileds cage for the first time since i got it and i put her in a ficus outside in 85-90 degree weather. well that just ticked her off a little turning her kinda brown. now i had taken a pic of her cage so i could put it back as close as possible to before just moving a few vines higher but when i put her in she turned really black. i gave her 2 waxies though and she was fine. is there any way to amke cleaning less stressfull? i was hoping to slowsly make her cage ore simple over time so i could avoid this but i think that will just make it worse.
