All babies out

over the last three days all three clutches are out, except one baby. 26, 19 and 6 were the hatched totals. Cute little guys.

Lookin good man. Very nice hatch rates as mentioned. What kind of incubation set up are you using? That one black is outstanding btw.

The incubator i use I built out of an old pepsi machine. I use two four foot by 12" flex watt heat tape on the bottom for heat, a thermastat for temp control. I put a large tub of water on the bottom shelf and eggs in sweater boxes with perlite below them on shelfs above. I tore everything out of the pepsi machine but the fan and light. When the thermastat comes on, the fan sucks air up the front and blows down the back. This keeps consistant temps throughout the unit. I am able to hold 95% - 99% humidity in the pepsi machine and then the sweater boxes also have moist perlite. It is basically air tight and I open it about once a week to get some fresh air in. It has worked very well and can hold some large volumes of eggs.

The pic shows the machine with the door off because now I use it to store all the babies in shoe boxes. Multi purpose.......
