Well so far so good she has held down the food but I blew it with the male I fed him two small rats and he barfeed but I dont think hes is ill by any means I just fed him to much (DAM)How stupid can I be DUHHHHHHHHHHH well I will fedd again after she deficates

Good news on the female so far and be careful when feeding too big an item or too many items at once.

I would give him at least three weeks before you try and feed him again. Make sure the meal is smaller than you would normally feed him. Good luck with him and I hope the female holds her meal!
