Hey; I'm from Jersey, but I went to VA, beach mabey two years ago(??) and was very succesfull in finding lined racerunners, five lined skinks, black racers, a few garter snakes, plenty of toads and frogs and more. All around pretty good herping; some of the most beautiful five lineds. I don't exactly remember where was best, but once I get home from my trip (sunday I'll be home) I'll tell ya where I was; got some awesome photographs. Email me at bigteapot@optonline.net. I always forget so remind me. I've heard VA, beach hasn't been so good for other herpers; I wan't to see if I hit a lucky day or not.
