boy Jul 30, 2005 09:51 PM

I had one of my eggs finally hatch thursday afternoon/morning. Totally cute little purple and rust colored baby. I think its going to be male based on its pattern and tail shape. it took approximately 79 days to hatch. Still waiting on it clutchmate.

Pictures to come as usual. ... ( i do have camera coming shortly thanks to mike in houston)

awesome work jason. glad to see you're having some luck with the satanics as well.
i'm still waiting for anything from mine, just a couple more infertiles from the lineatus the other night.

good deal. sorry i havent been able to call you back yet, jason. my cell gets zero reception at my new place, and the battery always dies within an hour or two. ill be waiting for those pics, along with all the others around here. i have found more inferts from my satanics, and at the same time as last summer, i just found an infertile egg from my female pietschmanni. i really hope those guys start doin their business!

take good care of it, hopefully the clutchmate comes soon, but i only had 1 successfully hatch out from both of my past 2 clutches...remember one was only partially formed while the other never even formed at all. as always, ill take whatever i can get! with all this waiting im sure you will too.

Mike you know my attitude about inferts this time of year. thats what we are going to get for expecting anything during their winter...

Anyways, I don't think its going to hatch to be honest. But I'll play the waiting game. This one is doing well so far. It took a leap at a cricket tonight, not sure if it ate but meh. the biggins phant hatchlings are doing quite well. they have grow to just abou 2.5 inches and are pounding crix left and right. the 3 lineatus eggs have another two months and I've got one ebanaui egg and one biggins phant egg I'm waiting for.

just email me your house number and I'll call you there.

BTW, i might be moving up north. LA is totally lala land.

Cheers
jason

moving to northern cali? how about you move eastward. with our powers combined we could take over the world. maybe. haha. anyway, i happened to get lucky and found a female corkbark at the SC reptile show today that i decided to go to last-minute. got an OK price on her, basically what you would normally pay now, but i got to see her upfront and no shipping. got her from glades herp. now i finally evened those out to 2 pairs again. now the wait is on once more.
