I useto feed my ball mice. Back then I fed it weekily. Two feedings ago I fed it a small rat. I switched to every two weeks.

Should I wait even longer inbetween feedings? I monitored my snakes weight and it didn't lose much at all in the two week period. Took it a week to poop.

My snake is 2' 6" and weighs 420 grams.

I wanted some experienced owner's opinions. Thanks in advance.

I'd still feed it once a week....just make sure its still using the bathroom regularly

Once a week is fine, but a animal can handle every 5 fades ia fine.

I offer all of mine everyweek, other than my big adults 1500g and higher they all seem to take every week. Even the rat eaters.
