Hi everyone!
Today I studied a lot on the seasonality of breeding boas (imp morphs).
Well. The reason I did that was because I want to do everything to get al my matured boas to breed.
Now I have a few questions.
1. I learned that a good range of temperature for nonbreeding season is 83-86 degrees. Does this mean only at day time? Or also for nighttime?
2. I always thought that it was good to lower the day and night temperature in the breeding season. But now I've read that you have to get the day temperature increased and the night temp decreased. Is that better? Or is it better to lower both day and night temperatures?
3. Gravid females should be kept on a range of 80 - 90 degrees. So, it has to be 90 degrees on the heating pad? Is this also at night time?
4. Is it bad when the temperature is about 95 degrees right under the spot? (ofbreeding season)
I hope I can get some really serious reactions. Thanks!!!
