OK...this is my last 'has this happened to you' post for the night.
It seems since the a/ went on in the house back in late May, all my herps, not just burms are behaving differently.
Turtles are lazy, snakes slow eating, lizards are lazy.
Herp room is kept about 78, and they're enclosure temps are right where they should be.And I'm struggling to maintain humidity.
Anyone else ever notice this happening?

We run A/C in our house too but I heat my snake with a space heater to 80-82 year round and I have never had any problems.

I used to house my herps in my room and in the summer I used to struggle with the idea of chilling my herps by having my room AC on and me being comfortable or sweating bullets and having them comfortable. Until eventually I relocated all my Visions in the warm humid basement where they love it. In any case, your herps being lazy and slow eating is as Im sure you know already, due to their bodys reaction to the cooler temps. The warmer the air, the more activity reptiles exhibit as their metabolism shoots up. Anyway, good luck.
