I am building a rack and was wondering....What would be better....heat rope or heat tape? Also if I were to go with heat tape would it be better to put it on the back wall of the rack or under the rear third of the tubs? Thanks

Under the tubs woudl be the best way to go.. I woudl recommend heat tape as well
