First, cut out the spinach right away. Spinach has oxalates that bond with calcium and block the absorbtion of it. We dont want that, because that leads to MBD. (for more about MBD visit the bearded dragon or iguana forums). You can use Collards, Mustard Greens, Dandelions (sparingly), etc. Avoid lettuce in any form except butter lettuce, as it's mostly water. Most veils really really like hibiscus, which is not only good for htem to eat, but its very pretty too. They especially like the flowers. (at least mine does, and he seems to be pretty picky) You can also offer Pothos, which is a type of ivy. ***NOT ENGLISH IVY!!!*** English ivy is highly poisonous! The apple is fine for fruit. You can also try mango, papaya, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, melon, etc. I've not tried these myself because George likes hibiscus, which seems to be his favorite.
Hope that helps a bit.
