Albinos are easier to miss when going into shed. I have an albino black rat that took me a few sheds to figure out what to look for when he started. I would say you just missed the first few days before his eye actually go "blue", as an albino doesnt get blue like non-albinos. They get more of a dull cloudy look to them, and then clear up. Albinos tend to get a milky coloration and just get dull looking. They will clear up, but still have a subtle milky color that is easy to miss. The belly usually shows this more than the back and shed will come shortly afterward. Once you figure out your snakes shed cycle, you can start looking a little closer at your snake when you think he should be going into shed. Pretty cool to watch them go through their changes!
Hope this helps!
