need advise with shedding problem

my b&w has shed many times without any problems, the cage is around 60% humidity but this last time the very tip (1/2" of his tail won't shed! i don't want him to loose the tip of his tail...what can i do? i soaked him in warm water with that shed ease product in there but this part just won't come off! please, any help is appreciated, i really want to get this last piece of old skin off!!!! thanks

Try rubbing olive oil on it every day till it comes off. Russ
