consider how long you have had your current animals. I am not questioning your husbandry, BUT I would raise up what I have to adulthood just to gain experience, then look into spending the big bucks for a Morph. I have had Ball Pythons for over 10 years, I got back into them about 3 years ago and I am getting my first visual Morph now! A Pastel, but I wanted to make sure I was doing it right and now my babies are fat healthy Adults and Sub-Adults! If you've been at this for years then I would recommend a Pastel as well.

For under $1K you're pretty much limited to pastels although I think I saw someone with ghosts around $900. I guess there are also granites but whether you would call them a "morph" is kinda subjective.

Assuming you like them, I would go Ghost. I would buy a few Het females, and then be picky, and get a really nice male next year.

a male pastel will cost you between $700 and $1000 they are graded based on thier looks.

i doubt you'll find many black or green heads on the market my guess is they would be upward of $10K.

you need the females first for pastel males.....

albinos..run about $1850 for a male this year and you still will need het or normal females.......

pastel males run $700 and up........but you need big girls first or he is not worth anything next year as for profit..

you can get a pair of het albinos for about $700 to a little more.....depends where you go.......

not alot under $1000

you can get a bunch of normal females this year and save money for a male pastel next year .or get the pair of het albinos and a couple more normal females to make P% poss hets too....

........come to Hamburg Pa....lots of balls there this saturday....

and yes.....lots of het albino girls this year.........

unless you want a $35 rattlesnake or a wild ball baby for $15.....?
