Beardie getting big, tank staying small.

KingGeorge69 Aug 02, 2005 08:04 PM

I have a simple quick question. My beardie is 11.5" long and is in a tank 30"l 12"w 17"h, how much time do I have before I need a new and bigger home? He's pretty lazy and lies under the heat light, so he doesn't run very much. also could I put more vines in the air to give him alittle more space to run if he wants?

Thankx for the mite help too guys.

That's what I was thinking. But I should have atleast 2-3 weeks to build it before he gets to cramped???
Also do you have any good plans on a homemade cage, what kidda material is safe and won't house mites, stuff like that???

If you don't want to build a new tank you can always got to www.glasscages.com they have really cheap terrariums and thats where I plan on ordering my babies new tank from when he gets a little bigger.
