Hi,
I'm having an extremely difficult time finding the laws of North Carolina concerning possession of eastern box turtles in that state. Can someone please help me learn if it is legal to keep this species in North Carolina? Restrictions? Permits needed? Specific circumstances are thus: I may be moving to North Carolina and I currently have two young CB easterns. I need to know if the turtles can go with me. Thanks for the help in advance.
