My silkworms are ready to spin now, so I put all of them into a container with cardboard tubes (1 worm per tube). However, some of the silkworm just keep climbing out from their tube, how do I deal with that? Just let them wander? I'm worried that they'll disturb the ones that are spinning (early stage)?

Just let them spin whereever they want to. Once the coccoon is fully formed, they are easy to separate if necessary.
