Not really a morph, but a different color than most?
Actually the animal you have pictured is a very typical example of an arizona Tiger rattlesnake. Several ranges in the phoenix area have animals that look exactly like the one you posted. Tigers can vary quite a bit in color, even within a small area.

Like the one you have pictured. Like others have said, tigers can be extremely variable even within a single hillside. On the same butte I have seen them range from burnt orange to slate gray, including brown individuals as well.
Looks like many I've seen in/around Phoenix - common.
