Head Bobbing...

joeyr Aug 03, 2005 10:50 AM

I have a bd that will head bob evey now and then a few times a day. this is the first time that i noticed her doing it. i do have a second baby bd that i have had for about 2 weeks now but the bd doing the head bobbing cannot see her bc of where her cage is located and that i have 3 sides of the babys tank enclosed around it.

does anyone have any suggestions why the older bd is doing this?

My bearded dragon has been doing it more and more frequently as he has got older. some people sugest it is a mateing thing and others say it is a show of dimnance. i have only caught my beardie doing it once but they also do a strange wave which is suposed to be submission. I think it is just one of those things that make bearies great i don't really care why they do it. lol
