Hello,
The end two inches of my females tail is hard, stiff, and dryed up. I know it is probably too late to do anything about it, but what caused it?
Thanks,
Morgan

Probably either loss of circulation or maybe some type of infection. Does it look damaged, like it may have been pinched by something? How long has it been this way? Is it spreading up the tail, or has it been unchanged for a while?

Hi,
I haven't been paying as much atinshion to it as I should, and am not sure how long it has been like that. While I went to Canada right after I got them all I could think is making sure they ate. When I put in the heat light it was one that I had, and I didn't relize it was just a blue bulb untill later. I just haven't stopped by a pet store and got one yet. I gets around ninety degrees. Could the cooler temp be to blame for poor serculation? I will keep you posted.
Thanks,
Morgan
I doubt temperatures had anything to do with it. Usually poor circulation (or none at all) is a result of an injury. Again, infections are not uncommon, and they can cause the tips of tails and toes to die and fall off. Just make sure it doesn't seem to be spreading, or it could be a dangerous infection.
