I heard that there is a law that you can't keep snakes. Anyone know if this is true?
Thanks

I heard from my mother-in-law that moved from there. Said to be from a pet burm that escaped and caused a semi town panic with BS of it eating some pet dogs. Reason for probably BS is come to find out it was only like 5 or 6 feet long and not the 12 to 15 feet long that was originally thought. BUT you need to make an anonymous call to the city animal control to make sure about snakes if they are legal in city limits. WE ARE talking about Independance Kansas ?
