Help with feeders for reptiles

I was wondering what would be the best feeders besides crickets? I just hate the smell, the noise, how fast they move, etc. Is there anything equal in nutrition or better than crickets?

Roaches, silkworms, butterworms are all excellent substitutes for crickets.
