blue uromastyx

i was wondering what is a blue uromastyx i saw some listed on a website but i never herd that name before...

an ornate uromastyx can be varying degrees of blue, green, yellow & orange on a base color of tan & brown. Blue on the head & chin is the most common, some specimen are much more colorful. Take a look on http://www.deerfernfarms.com/Uromastyx_Breeders_Ornates.htm and you will get an idea of what some really nice specimens look like.
Males are more colorful than females. Full coloration is not achieved until they are adults.

Blue Uromastyx are normally uromastyx macfadyeni. An overall sky blue color with yellow for males, females tending tan to yellow with aspects of blue.
