I'm a little confused by this post. Why do you think he has mites? If he did you would most likely be able to see then upon a close inspection. In the meantime, double check all of your husbandry requirements and be sure that they are optimal. Also, be sure that his enclosure is clean. Good Luck

thanks.but could it be internal parasites?i always find little white bugs in there poop.could the litle bugs be fruit fly larva?cuz there are fruit fly in the cage.but i take them out wen i see them.

The above poster's advice was superb, follow it to the letter. I don't know where you are, but it may be possible that your frog is trying to keep cool in an overheated, dry cage. Either way, double check your husbandry, keep everything super clean, and follow with a vet check when in PA

Your frog looks well in the pic's, I'm sure everything will be fine

thanx.but the temps are good.and i mist the cage 2-3 times a day.but i gess your right the could just be keeping kool.but the little one hasnt eatn in a while.he has gotten thin and is usualy eating every thing.the other one seems to be nice and plump.so im not too worryed about him.its just that he has been in his water bowl for about a week now.only going to the edge to eat.

Take the smaller one out and feed him seperatly so you can see if he's not eating b/c he's sick or b/c the bigger one's getting all of the food. Offer him a few things like crickets, wax worms, moths, earthworms, etc.

I can't tell in the pictures, does the one your are more concerned about have blisters? Or are they bugs? What kind of substrate do you have in there?

ok thanx.im taking the little one out soon.i use bed a beast as bedding.and i cleaned the cage today and i dont see any bugs yet.but i hAvent moved the one in the water so im not sure if there are any blisters.i look tonight and give an update.

Yeah, I would be pretty concerned about the bugs in the feces. Likely parasites, especially if the feces you find is fresh. You should probaly take him to the vet, and bring a fecal sample with you for them to analyze. Certainly, seperate the other frog, too. Good Luck.
