Rick, I didn't know you were breeding Russians. I'll send all my inquiries your way since I'm not breeding them this year. Good luck and keep us posted. Luv those Ruskies TC.

One of the nicest large snakes to handle. I don't own an adult yet, but I've seen how nice they handle and they are a large snake. They are pretty calm as babies and juvies. A great snake. Thanks for posting pics Rick.

Terry my adults are around 6 feet. They are super calm and have never been agressive.

Howdy,
Those are some great pictures you posted, especially the Russian with eggs. I am currently partial to Russians as I have a male and female, and right now, those are the only ratsnakes I have. I am hoping to get more sometime soon but I and so awe-struck by all the different kinds, I don't know where to go from here.
I am also hoping that my two Russians will eventually mate. I acquired them in August, 2002, as babies, only 12-14 inches long, and now they are both around 40 inches long. I am not sure if I should brumate them next winter or wait until next year to brumate them and hope that they will mate.
Thanks for posting some GREAT pictures.
Best regards,
Scott
