Albino Blood Python Pair

Enneagram Aug 06, 2005 07:21 PM

To this day, I still don't understand the tyrosinase condition. If the amino acid tyrosine eventually becomes a black compound, what makes this snake albino? The pupils are certainly black, (or super dark red), where the tounge is pink and belly is white. What step in the melanin development provents T+'s from having a lot of black, but still some?

Here's my pair that I got from Tracy at the VPI company. Thanks, a lot! I apologize for the horrible washed out/random pics, but its all I've got! Thanks,
Enneagram

I'm thinking that the T just makes it darker.

IE in humans there is a range from white to dark dark brown. In Bloods the reds instead of being a BRIGHT red it would be a deeper richer red.
