does anybody know what this is?

someone gave my best friend a lizard that i think its an agama of some sort but its little and has a really short round tail with a little tip at the end and it has spikes too. im gonna get it but i just wanted to know if anyone knows what it is or has any pictures.

how much did those little ones cost you? and what about care on them? Ive had uros before (mali) is it similar? How about temperment and tolerance to handeling? I LOVE THEM!! i must have one... thanks...jen

Hi Jen,

I just love them too ! Wait until you get one, you will think it's the cutest little thing, ehhehhe. They are about 3 inches long, adult. SO very cute!

I paid about 65 for each. I saw some in classifieds just today a bit higher. I will give you a link below with a good care sheet you can read about them.

My male Chiumbo, is alittle skiddish but I can hold him, hes nice. The female Cheeku, is very sweet and is easily held. They are very gentle (atleast these 2 are.)

The males get a cobolt blue color when stressed, or feelin SEXY towards their lady , LOL

REALLY ADORABLE little creatures!

Could be a spade (or beaver) tailed agama, xenagama bellifori (or something like that). I picked up one not to long ago myself, these these do get larger than tbe shield tails.
