Leopard geckos can eat crickets, superworms, roaches, and most other insects. I would stay away from the mealworms because of thier hard exoskeleton. Since the geckos do not really "chew" their food, the mealworms hard exoskeleton may stop it from being digested properly. If you must feed mealworms, try to feed only freshly molted ones, because thier exoskeleton will be soft. Leos do not eat fruits/veggies. As far as supplementation goes, try to coat the food in a calcium supplement once every couple of feedings. Try to use a supplement that is just calcium, and that does not contain D3. D3 is needed by the geckos, but not as frequently as calcium. You should feed either right before you turn thier lights out, or right after. Bottled water should be ok. As far as hides go, you should have two: one on the hot side and one on the cool side. If you notice signs of shedding(dull colors) you should add an extra hide on the hot side. This hide should be filled with damp spagnum moss or the like. Hopefully you find this information helpfull. Good luck with your new leo!

I don't have a Leo yet but I have been researching all over the web about them. For adult Leos, feed every other day, calcium dust every other feeding and vitamin dust once a week. Crickets should be gutloaded and the staple diet of your Leo. You can offer mealworms that have recently moulted (they will be white and squishy). To find out more you could search the web for "Leopard Gecko care sheet" and you will come up with tons of sites to read through. That's all I did.
