good beginner boa

i got a baby corn snake recently and am interested in getting another type of snake also. whats a good species for someone new to snakes, and that doesnt get bigger than 10 feet. thanks

well almost no boas get larger then 10 ft except anacondas and peruvians ( i think) but u also may want to look at carpet pythons, jungles and irain jayas dont normaly get over 6 for jungles and 5 for ijs but dont listen to me i am a little bias
but if you are going to get a locality type boa get it from gus rentfro (riobravo) he is the best when it comes to that

can you give me links to those boas? are columbian redtails a good beginner boa? would prefer someone in Oregon state but if none, will accept farther away

Columbian redtails are probably the best option for a start into larger boids. They generally have a very good temper and can be handled easily. The link to those locality boas is www.riobravoreptiles.com. Have fun and good luck.
