Well thanks to drzrider, Im getting a female blackthroat monitor for my 40 inch male BT. Im so excited! She comes in this thursday. Im greatly ancicipating this arrival! Thanks drzrider!!

As long as the shipper does its job, we will both be happy. Good luck and let me know if/when you get hatchlings.
After 4 or 5 years of keeping monitors among other herps, my wife and I feel it is time to raise some young ones for a breeding project.
Now do I want to get and try to breed Ackies, Timors, Argus, etc. etc. etc. To many choices!!!!!
They are so cute at this size and grow so fast.

LOL I'd definitely say argus or ackies. Ya I will definitely let you know if I eventually get babies but that could be a LONG time from now. LOL but it will be worth it. So how is my little female doing?! Hahaha, I cant wait...Im so anxious! But yes they are all so cute at the age. Until they grow big enough to cause potential serious injuries! Hahaha, no but I love my big monitor. He wouldnt hurt me unless it was his last possible resort.
