Well the only reason why I answer most of the posts is because I spend entirely too much time on the internet (entirely too much time on this website in particular). This doesnt make me any more knowledgeable or experienced than the others in here. In fact I am less experienced than a good portion of the posters in this particular forum. However, I am sure I can give you some insight on your issue.
(Oh yeah, wasn't you inquiring about a caiman some time ago??)
Anyways, the regurgitation of Furr is normal. Crocodilians cannot digest the furr and therefore regurgitate it when it begins to get to thick. This can be quite messy! The animal is behaving naturally and all appears to be fine. The only thing I would think of is if he was going after possibly every meal and it wasn't just furr that was coming back up. Over all, your gator appears to be just fine to me. A vet perhaps wouldnt be a bad idea, but just make sure that your vet is experienced (very experienced if possible) in reptile medicine. This is CRITICAL!
I hope this helps you in some way.
