What species of gecko?

Just got this picture from a dutch person, who says that this species was imported with some cargo from India.

Do any of you have any ide of the species ... the guess is that it's in the genus Hemidactylus

Im defintaly no expret and probaly wrong. But that gecko has alot of similarities to my marble gecko (gekko grossmani). I could be wrong though....
