I hardly ever buy mealworms at worm man anymore, cuz I breed my own mealworms. But if by some chance I will run out and need mealworms, I'm not always sure which to order 'medium or large' Large could mean the ones that have that hormone growth or whatever it is inside them. So in the 'comments' box just put 'regular sized mealworms' and they'll know what you mean. When I put that, I got regular sized mealworms.
