Not aware there was such a book unless you're referring to Phillipe De Vosjoli's latest book 'The Art of Keeping Snakes' [$16.95]. If that's the book you're thinking of, I have a copy and it's excellent. There really isn't anything that shows how to construct a cage per se but it's more an overview of naturalistic vivarium design for snakes vs. the usual dart frogs/lizards/etc.
