Sick Baby Red-Eared Slider

My baby red-eared slider isn't doing to well. A couple of weeks ago I noticed a brownish wart like spot on the bottom of his right-front leg. i thought nothing of it and figured it would heal if i made sure he ate well and kept the water extra clean. However, now the brownish spot has shown up on the right corner of his mouth. Could anyone tell me what is wrong? My next step is taking him to the vet unless someone has some better advice. Thanks, Justin

I agree. Definately take him to a vet as soon as possible, if not sooner.
