sweet. i've subjected myself to doing that a couple of times. makes ya feel pretty good right when you hit the egg with the blade and the thing turns around and shoots out.
good lookin gecko and next time it will be MUCH easier to wait. plus in my experience the incubation time decreases as the females lay more eggs. atleast after the first couple of clutches.

nice looking, must have been cool to see it come popping out, ive never actually witnessed a hatching, i always find them just after.

ya it was pretty cool to see it hatch. i put a small slit in the side with some very small scissors and the fluid drained out and i started to get a little sad thinking somehting was wrong.. but then it moved and we were so excited about 10 secs later it made its own slit and popped out. its something a am very happy about witnessing
