Saturday I fed Moses 2 Guinea pigs. He formed a circle around the first one and started inspecting it. It was still alive (Don't freak, I usually feed F/T or P/K) and started to climb over his body. He used his head and neck to press it back to the ground. Then he wrapped his neck around it and sat still. The pig started to move again and Moses squeezed it without ever biting. His head laid on the ground while he squeazed. Never seen that before.
I fed him pigs because it is very difficult to find rabbits. We bought 2 rex's and will start breeding and freezing when they are old enough. Any pointers on the keeping and breeding of rabbits? Also, is there ever a time when wild rabbits can be trapped and used such as in the winter? They are everywhere around here but I've always heard not to.
