Can anyone tell me what to do with these eggs?

Our ball had eggs a month and a half ago. I had no idea she was pregnant and was not prepaired for eggs so I have been letting her take care of them. Now there are two eggs that are turning a little brown. Two look really good. Should I take the brown ones out or leave them there since there is not that long to go. Please someone help.
