Hey; I posted pictures of my new vivarium, in which I just added my frogs ( a pair of D. auratus. I woke to what sounded like someone sticking their finger in a fan, or cards in a bicycle spoke...but it had more voice to it. I sat next to my vivarium to see my frogs following eachother around, with less than an inch between them (constantly). I then saw my male calling, and the female minutes later had begun following him around and putting 1 hand on his back and letting it slide off, like...stroking...and then after a few of this stroking on 1 hand, the frog would then switch to the next hand. The female also seemed to go nose to nose (little space between them) with the male and put her head up and down. Is this usual courting activity? I also sprayed them for a while with my air-pump sprayer (continuous fine mist) and he bgan calling as well.
