How do I use Flex-Watt on a glass aquarium?
Should I put it in the space between the base and glass,
or tape it to the outside bottom of the glass?

I don't recomend taping it directly on the glass.Try putting it on the surface that the glass aquarium is on,or get a wooden board and put it on the board that the aquarium is going to sit on.Make sure you put a thermostate/heat controler on the flexwatt.Also put make sure there is a small gap (1/8 inch) gap between the aquarium and the table so there won't be too much of heat buildup.
