I've personally never seen caiman lizards for sale. As for Chinese crocodile lizards, they appear for sale very rarely, and expect to pay a lot of money for one. East Bay Vivarium has one for sale right now thats $1000.

at one time prehistoricpets.com had quite a few caiman lizards for sale try contacting them about it.

I should have Shinisaurus (Chinese Croc. Lizards) available again this November. Next clutch is due to be born mid-October. Keep an eye on the classifieds, or save my e-mail and holler at me after October.
