I just recently purchased this male ball python. He was sold to me as a pastel. What do you guys think? He is in shed right now, so that may account for the dull appearance. I just wanted some second opinions. Thanks

Yea its a pastel...not an awsome one but i do like the head.....but it does indeed look very sickly and not too plump......i hope u didnt spend an arm n a leg on him.......

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it is not a pastel. Do you maybe have a better picture?? Also you need to get that snake a meal and some water... make it a couple meals, and a vet. That's just my no-where-near proffessional opinion. Good luck with him and he is a nice snake! -Joe

I think he'll color up a lot and prove to be pastel... if he lives.
