What is up with this Xmas mountain alterna. Is he trying to be unique.

Ric Blair Aug 10, 2005 10:40 PM

This snake looks nothing like its siblings. It hatched two days ago and is in deep blue. Should be much better when it sheds. Enjoy...Ric Blair

exactly how many christmas's do you celebrate every year? I guess you could take that question literally or figuratively So consider it a rhetorical question.

Very nice Ric, keep those hatchling photos coming. Show some nice textbook blairi too please!

Why? They all start looking alike after a while. A blairs is a blairs is a blairs. LOL

Some guys like Blondes, some like Brunettes, some like Redheads.
I happen to like them all and I want to see some nice Blairi.

In regards to "they all look alike", well that's not even close to being true and you know it.

I guess I'll have to post one myself

next that even the average snakes that Langtry gives up are nice.

While I too like female humans of all hair colors, I may still be partial to one color over the other even though they all may be nice in their own way.

Of course I'm kidding or at least exagerrating greatly about all blairs looking alike. I do in fact know that. There are one or two that look a wee bit different. LOL

I was really just trying to be like the infamous pot stirrer Tank and see if I could get a little rise out of those lame east range alterna hunters. Just kidding you lame east range alterna hunters. Apparently like my alterna hunting prowess, I'm not very good at pot stirring or maybe, just maybe EVERYONE else agrees w/ me, since you were the only one to respond. LOL

While I much prefer the greater variation of alterna phase, especially the western types, I have to admit that it's hard, but certainly not impossible, to beat a great looking blairs even if it does come from Val Verde county.

Take care Joe and thanks again for all you do here. If you happen to make it all the way out to Alpine next month during our stay, feel free to stop by for a cold cerveza.

well you got me, and your post is still here, so would be "two up" on Tank (i'm not the moderator of this forum BTW).

When are you going to be out there? I've got a Land owners meeting in Sanderson and business with a surveyor in Alpine so that might be feasible.

starting on Sat 9/3 and leaving Sun 9/11. If your surveyor meeting date coincides, and at the risk of being a little forward, maybe we can follow you back to Sanderson whenever you decide to head back east and you can show us around your Sanderson ranch.... or not. Although I'm not sure if a vehicle will go that far east if I'm behind the wheel. LOL
