Can FlexWatt be used on Vision cages? And another Flexwatt Question.

Turtlequest Aug 10, 2005 11:31 PM

Can FlexWatt safely be used on a vision cage? Will it distribute heat properly? Will the plastic melt?

Also, for this Vision Cage: Model 111 24" W x 12" D x 16" H. If I want to heat half of the cage (for a western hognose) would I have to line up two seperate strips of flexwatt? I am using the 3 inch flexwatt. It seems if i put only one strip on, it would only heat a very small strip of cage.

thanks.
