Hey,
Wow! what can I say, but wish I were there too give you a hand with those beauties. Everyone of them, is incredible in its own right. That yellow blood has my attention. Where are you again in Indo? Jakarta I think you said, or Malaysia? Thanks for posting them. Were they all slated to be cooked up for a meal?

Hey,
That is just incredible that you can see those amazing bloods in restaurants like that. It's like serving chicken or some common like that. It boggles the mind. Anyhow, where in Malaysia are you again? And do you know where the restaurants are getting the bloods from and do you have any idea of source (country)?

Hey,
Awesome! how would you describe the habitat, good or bad, in not so good shape. Are the logging companies taking over most of the prime habitats etc. ?

hi there,
most of the blood are found in the oil palm plantation, they prefer low hill near water or swamp like.the oil palm plantation are being turn into housing area because of the rapid development.i personally never encountered blood in the wild only saw it being hit by the car at the road side.

Very nice saves there!!! Especially the yellow and brown phase, the reds are all stunning too. We need to start smuggling some of those bloods out to the US. Wish you the best of luck with them, they are great cratures and I commend you for saving them from the fryer.

I wouldn't fancy eating a wild-caught swamp reared parasite magnet. Do the customers really know what they are getting?

What conditions were the animals housed in at the 'restaurant'.
