It's amazing how light she is, and I know those pretty, light, faded saddles may darken up with maturity, I just find it odd to have varying degrees of melanin all at the same time!
I would think the melanin around the tail, saddles, and even the speckles would all be of the same 'consistency', but I guess not!

Classic, Gus! I hope that Hobbyist will one day start appreciating the classic look again. The more an animal resembles the wild attributes in color and pattern and markings, the better, It would be horrible, if all Boas started looking alike. Leave the funny looking stuff to the morph and designer breeders. True locality breeders should really try to keep it real. Just my thoughts, of course........Johnson Herp
