has anyone bought silkworms from mulberry farms in fallbrook,ca? also are silks seasonal?

Yes, I have bought from them and the Mulberry Farms guys are absolutely awesome. I highly recommend them.

Silkworms are year-round, although Mulberry Leaves are not (you will need to buy some SilkWorm Chow if you don't have access to a Mulberry tree)
