any recomendations? i just got a baby mbk and want to get it checked up. I called one place they said they specialize in iguanas so im unsure to bring my snake there. they also said they dont do sexing they will just check it.

I would say keep looking.

This particular veterinarian may have experience with Iguanas and the problems associated. Not being able to sex your snake would tell me not enough experience with snakes.
