Breeding problems!

Ok, ive had my 2 normal geckos for like 3 years now. Their first two clutches of eggs hatched no problem with an incubator. From then on, they have been producing eggs very infrequently, like 2 clutches a year, and they always shriveled up or molded. Im using a hovabator, and doing everything right. The male is always jumping on the female, it just seems shes holding her eggs a long time. Would more calcium speed up the egg laying process? Maybe shes just lazy. Ive provided good egg laying setups periodically seeing if she was ready, and she wouldn't do anything. The last clutch was laid in the waterbowl.
any help greatly appreciated.

maybe you got the humidity off in the incubator. Are maybe your not sterilizing right.
