Sounds like an interesting book!
Unfortunately, the photo of the albino in Bechtel's book is just a head and neck shot. It's kind of hard to tell from that photo whether the animal is a true albino or just a really exceptional hypomelanistic copperhead. If you're a copperhead fan, there are also photos of melanistic, striped and patternless copperheads.
It's a good book though. The striped timber rattlesnake and axanthic EDB are some of my favorites from this book.
