Hey,
You know there's really no time table on feeding your bloods. (Some like to wait a week or two others don't). I have personally gotten bloods in one day and fed them the next, with no problems and the animals continue to feed till this very day without missing a beat. It all depends on your experience and your expertise, and how comfortable you are with feeding trials. Don't worry if on your first attempt it doesn't down the mouse. Give it time to acclimate for a week and retry. If they are healthy and have been feeding for the previous owner with no problems, then you shouldn't have any either; unless you're doing something wrong. Make sure that all of the bloods needs are met, proper housing: temps, humidity, hides, substrate, clean water etc.
